Since my very young age I am very determinated person.
I believe that everything is possible and we can be whatever we want to be. Or at least we could try it.
I am very communicative, easygoing and social person. These interpersonal skills allow me easily
integrate different groups, work in teams and manage them. It also develops my social network and helps me to solve problems more easily.
I consider the combination of intelligence, desire and human values as essential for... a specialist, valuable professional and natural leader.
My parents showed me that knowledge is wealth that has to be consciously managed.
Hard work, soft skills and learning allow us to do big, follow our dreams and achieve our goals. That´s why I keep moving forward and cultivate my personality.
The endless nature of the human development generates a huge system of complex and continous information. Powered mainly by my
own curiosity,
I try to absorb it as much as possible. Developed through sciences, knowledge becomes valuable only if it is studied and shared.
To be the part of this mechanism, I work also on my communication and language skills. Schumpeter´s concepts of "destructive creation" and "cluster innovation" fuel a
never-ending evolution and progress. That´s why to avoid the stagnation we have to keep moving, keep learning and use every opportunity that comes our way.
It makes the human life so beautiful and interesting.
My studies give me many answers but the real life needs solutions. To make our work meaningfull the theory has to be used and implemented.
My entrepreneurial family background gave me an enormous chance to discover the local market and to become friendly with its philosophy and business
principles. Thank to my studies I could go further and understand the power of the economy all over the world and better percept its complexity.
As nobody wants to fail, I don´t want to either. But the failure is a part of the process and every failure means a new beginning. To limit my failures,
I work on my personal development. The choice of my international path allowed me to develop my personality even more.
Autonomous and independent I discovered other cultures and changed my point of view. I can better understand the context and I could improve my
problem-solving capacities. Coming from Slovakia, I study in France, I did my Erasmus year in Prague and I love travelling. This unique and precious experience
fuels my intellectual and personal development. Always curious I follow also the unceasing technological progress and innovation. In order to improve
the current state we have to implement the innovation and absorb the change. It is one of my challenges. I would like to develop projects and businesses,
optimize their activities and contribute on its expansion.
I am sure that the fruit will not be only better economic reports, a business growth and a monetary profit but a global prosperity in our society.
I can react and operate appropriatly accross the borders. The life abroad made me independent and
autonomous. Thanks to my Experience from different countries I could complete my point of view and
absorb the cultural gap. I´ve gained on flexibility, adaptativness and on my solution making capacities.

this is my personal statement and the way of
thinking, the objectif, the aim, during the execution of all my tasks and works. I like the quality
and I am persuaded that high quality can be achieved thanks to the combination of perfectionism and professionalism.
I am very social, communicative and easy-going person. My active way of life, travelling and intensive contact with people developed my soft-skills. In our more and more virtual society, soft-skills become precious wealth. They develop my social life, give me organizational skills and put me naturally to the leading position among groups.
I focus on optimization and on potential growth and evolution. My sense for details and natural couriosity
allow me to treat the problem more completely. During my studies I could learn current methods that
thaught me how to analyse, model, estimate, interpret and also forecast the situation.
The worst thing is to stagnate.

If we keep doing the same thing we´ll keep getting the same results.
Being brave and challenging I am ready to face every problem that appeares. Every problem, project or activity means for me an opportunity to move forward, to progress. My soft and organizational skills allow me to lead the projects, to manage all the resources and to make them work correctly and smoothly.
Besides my interpesonal, organizational and soft-skills which are too complicated to measure,
I base my personal and intelectual development on the other (more easily measurable) fields.
For me the language is the mean of communication and it is the key to get the information and to learn.
Language allows me to stay in touch with whole world, to cultivate my personality, to improve my skills
and to work on my specialty on the way to become the professional.

As an Information Systems trainee, I am a member of IT team in Laboratoires Bailleul in Luxembourg.The main project of my internship is the CRM solution in Laboratoires Bailleul International.
As a trainee I was a part of CAPEX procurement team in US Steel Košice. I followed few projects such as
investment in new production lines, new technologies, devices or ordering of studies and engineering.
Analyses, calculations, comparisons and market researches were my main tasks. Contact with suppliers
as well as the contract negotiations were a part of my tasks.
I was joined to economic department and also to mananagement team. I got familiar with mangerial methods and processes. I collaborated with global management but also with project managers. I assisted also economic department. I understood administrative standards, internal documentation, legal norms and duties, public procurements, negotiations and contracts and any other works required to run the water distribution company for the region of the Central Slovakia which is the part of the Veolia group.
I am a part of a family business MOINEAU s.r.o. which is owned by my parents in Rozhanovce (Slovakia). It is a flower shop and a mixed-store with a big variety of products (clothes, toys, house equipment, drugstore products, stationery, garden equipment).
I´ve been an active member of the team from the very start of this entrepreneurial idea.

I was in charge of the Client service and the running of the Wellness sector.
Travelling is the best experience and an unique opportunity for personal development. After almost all of the european countries,
I like coffee not only for its taste. Its own culture is to be discovered and to be shared. A cup of well roasted Columbia can make my day. .
Sport is a part of my life since childhood. It allows me to stay active, healthy, change my mind, meet people and maintain a good physical and mental condition.
I like the challenges. It allows me to move forward and not to stagnate at some point. I always look for the new ones. It satisfies my dynamic, active way of life and also my curious personality.
The social life is very important for me. The contact with other people fulfills me. I like to interact with the others and to attend different events, meetings or just to spend time with my friends and family.
Research, discover, invent, innovate, progress... the worst thing is to stagnate.
